Unless a specified service is requested, all orders will be invoiced as Priority.
Parcels must be properly packaged and sealed before leaving your designated location. If it is not, our assigned driver will request that this be corrected. Drivers have the right to refuse improperly packaged or unsealed materials.
New Customers
- Delivery Today, Inc. requires that your first delivery order be written on your company letterhead. Your company letterhead should include the authorized person’s name, company name, address, phone number, email address, fax number, and your credit card information for processing. After this first shipment and payment via credit card, we will then be happy to bill you on a bi-weekly billing cycle for further shipments.
- Deliveries should be ready when the order is placed. If the order is not ready when the driver arrives, our driver will wait, but this will result in a waiting fee being assessed.
- Packages should be properly addressed with all details necessary for a prompt delivery. This includes the phone number of the contact for the destination. This will assure prompt delivery and will not incur any outside charges to the delivery rate. Incorrectly addressed packages will alter the original delivery rate quoted.
- Drivers must obtain a signature for every delivery. If a signature cannot be obtained, your business will be contacted and we will request that you give us specific instruction on what to do with your delivery. Your instructions may cause an alteration to the delivery rate quoted.

Delivery Today Inc is fully bonded and insured. A certificate of insurance can be provided per your request. We take the time and extra effort to be sure our customers have peace of mind while we perform our furniture moving services.

FAQ
Is my property, business and home insured when your delivery people report to complete my request?
Yes, Delivery Today, Inc. has insurance coverage on your property and the services of all of our delivery agents.
What methods of payment are there for the services I’m requesting?
- A credit card is needed to begin a bi-weekly account with Delivery Today, Inc.
- Once the first delivery is paid, then a 15-day net applies to all accounts.
- For one-time deliveries, a credit card, check or cash can be given to the driver when he arrives for the pick-up.
What happens when your delivery person can’t complete my request?
We will place a call to you to receive new instructions on what you would like us to do. Delivery attempt charges may be assessed to the total of your order
